Fantail Sauvignon Blanc / Chenin Blanc The nose has a combination of citrus blossoms, lime, granadilla, a bit of grassiness with a touch of flintiness. The palate is crisp, dry with a round finish and lingering aftertaste. This wine will go extremely well with summer salads, grilled fish and chicken dishes, asparagus, etc.
65% Sauvignon Blanc, 35% Chenin Blanc.

Fantail Unwooded Chardonnay On the nose this wine shows refreshing flavors of citrus and tropical fruit. These flavors follow through on the palate which ends with a lingering crispness.
Fantail Pinotage Rose Just off dry fresh and tasty with red fruits and a bit of earthiness that brings a smooth ending.

Fantail Merlot has a very dark garnet red color. The nose is an explosion of plum, black cherry, dark chocolate and mocha flavors. The palate meets with the expectations and is full-bodied, well-structured with a lingering red cherry.
